Cold Plates

Purpose-built to perform
ARA's cold plates are compatible with a wide variety of coolants and can handle up to 2.5 kW per plate, rising to a 500W higher TDP when used together with our two-phase cooling technology. Sintered-metal-enhanced flow-channel structures intensify boiling and phase-change heat transfer.

No component left behind
Our integrated cold plates provide full thermal coverage to pull heat directly from the source - chips, memory, and storage - where it matters the most.
ARA's Validated Cold-Plate Capability
(300+ W/cm2)
Whether you're retrofitting an existing air-cooled environment or building from scratch, ARA designs to fit your path. Choose from direct-to-chip (D2C) or integrated cold plates/aluminium, copper, or copper-aluminium composite to match your thermal performance and budget requirements.
Cooling For The Future
A GB300 at full load presents under ~90 W/cm2 at the cold plate-well under half of our validated cold-plate capability, leaving substantial thermal headroom for next-generation devices.
Our Cold Plates Come in Single-Phase and
Two-Phase Configurations

Fully integrated, ready for Vera Rubin and beyond.
Future-proofed, today.
No Spikes in Coolant Temps.
Two-phase cold plates absorb heat by boiling at a near-constant saturation temperature, so local hotspots and transient power spikes are buffered by latent heat rather than translated into surface-temperature swings - the coolant temperature stays nearly flat as load varies.
Ample Thermal Headroom
For reliable, long-term operation, our two-phase cold plates run at an exit vapour quality of ~0.55, a healthy margin below the critical failure point. This allows it to absorb real-world variations like uneven heating, power spikes, flow changes, and the aging of components.
