Engineered with titanium alloy or stainless-steel construction for maximum corrosion resistance. Features an internally circulated cooling design that eliminates seal failures and vibration issues. Our unique hot-swappable pump design enables seamless maintenance without system shutdown, making it ideal for in-rack CDU and RPU applications.

Purpose-built to perform
ARA's cold plates are compatible with a wide variety of coolants and can handle up to 2.5 kW per plate/up to 500W higher TDP when used together with our two-phase technology. Sintered-metal-enhanced flow-channel structures intensify boiling and phase-change heat transfer.

Our integrated cold plates provide full thermal coverage to pull heat directly from the source - chips, memory, and storage - where it matters the most.
Whether you're retrofitting an existing air-cooled environment or building from scratch, ARA designs to fit your path. Choose from aluminium, copper, or copper-aluminium composite to match your thermal performance and budget requirements.

Self-sealing connectors prevent any coolant leakage during connection or disconnection. They feature 10,000 insertion cycles, pressure loss below 5 kPa, and support blind-mate operations.

Available in sizes from DN15 to DN40 with lengths ranging 300-800 mm. Flow capacity 1-20 LPM per connector. Color-coded by fluid type, supplied in sets optimized for rack-level or system-wide deployments.
