Our single-phase immersion systems utilize both dielectric fluids and fluorinat-ed coolants, providing100kW+ liquid cooling per tank for diverse components, supporting up to 100kW per rack in standard configurations and 200kW in optimized versions. With proven deploy-ments in both oil and fluorocarbon environments, plus our proprietary oil filtration technology that extends fluid life 10x, this mature solution eliminates mechanical failures while dramatically reducing operational complexity.
